IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK
- For events cancelled due to non-weather-related issues, deposits are not refundable. If events are paid in full we will refund the total minus $50.00.
- Please ensure the setup area is flat, clean of debris, roots, pet waste, and ant hills. Let us know if you have a sprinkler system, and if the grass was watered or mowed before the event.
- While we do not charge delivery fees to most areas, we do have a minimum for parties outside of a 20-mile radius.
- For Wet Items: You must have a hose long enough to connect to ours. You may rent one for $10 ($25 if requested at setup).
- Rental units with pools MUST be on a fully level surface. No slope.
- All other units: Slope cannot exceed 3 degrees (if a ball rolls, slope is too steep).
- Slides and combos require a 4′ wide gate opening.
- If setup is on dirt/clay/mud, you must provide a tarp or rent one from us for $10.
- Units are extremely heavy — steep hills, tight turns, and inaccessible areas may not be possible.
- Book early — deliveries are scheduled in advance.
- Overnight rentals are picked up between 11 AM – 3 PM the next day.
- No food, drinks, shoes, swim shoes, silly string, glasses, or sharp objects are allowed in units.
