IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK
- For events cancelled due to non-weather-related issues, deposits are not refundable. If events are paid in full we will refund the total minus $50.00.
- Please ensure the setup area is flat, clean of debris, roots, pet waste, and ant hills. Let us know if you have a sprinkler system, and if the grass was watered or mowed before the event. The area must be tidy, as we are not responsible for lawn maintenance.
- While we do not charge delivery fees to most areas, we do have a minimum for parties outside of a 20-mile radius.
- For Wet Items: You must have a hose to attach to ours. Your hose must be long enough to connect to ours. If you do not have a hose You can rent one from us for an additional $10 ($25 if we have to provide at time of set up).
- For any rental with a pool: Pool area must be level (flat) with NO slope up/down or left/right.
- All other units: Slope of ground can not exceed 3 degrees (if a ball continues to roll, your slope is greater than 3 degrees).
- For fenced areas: Our bigger units, including all slides and combos require a 4' opening.
- If your setup area is dirt/clay/mud, you must supply a tarp (YOU can rent one from us for an additional $10)
- Please be aware that all units are extremely heavy (that's why we don't offer pickups) so if you would like your unit "up this hill, around this corner, down this steep hill and into the holler" it probably won't happen as we might not be able to bring it back out.
- Make sure to book your event in advance. We have a first booked first served policy. We MAY have something available on short notice but we do have our deliveries scheduled in advance.
- Overnight rentals are picked up between 11 am - 3 PM the next day.
- Items NOT allowed in the units for the health and safety of all users include: Food, Drink, Shoes, SWIM SHOES, Silly String, Glasses, Sharp Objects. Make sure pockets are emptied. Silly String/Spray String as well as shoes/Swim Shoes will damage the unit, please see FAQ.
